Firezone: Ultra throws you into a blazing dead zone, where every street corner tests your guts and tactics: customize your weapon your way, burn back waves of zombies, build trap walls to hold off the horde, and raid enemy bases to snatch rare tech. In story mode, you track the origins of the virus that tore the world apart; in co-op or PvP, every piece of gear and every build–defend–assault decision is stress-tested in fast-paced combat.
The Story
In a world shattered by a viral outbreak, once-lit cities have become mazes of crumbling steel and concrete. From scorched rooftops to abandoned train yards, the “mutation wave” still lingers: undead masses swarm in waves, sprinting ferals dart through shadows, and hulking flesh-beasts smash anything in their path.
Scattered survivors huddle in fortified shelters, stacking barricades, laying traps, and piecing together guns from whatever scraps they can find just to see the next sunrise. You play as a member of the last response unit: fighters who shoot first and survive later. Each mission pushes you deeper into quarantine zones, where signal towers, lab files, and elusive survivors hold pieces of the truth behind the virus that tore the world apart.
