Tower of Fantasy is a free-to-play open-world MMORPG developed by Hotta Studio. Set in a distant future where human civilization has declined after a catastrophic disaster, players take on the role of a wanderer, exploring the vast world of Aida alongside other players, battling mutant creatures, and uncovering the mysteries of the past.
Story
In an unspecified future, humanity discovered a new energy source known as Omnium. They constructed a towering Omnium Tower to harness this energy, hoping it would bring unprecedented progress to civilization. However, a catastrophic accident occurred, contaminating the Omnium with radiation and unleashing devastating disasters.
The Omnium explosion turned much of Aida’s surface into a desolate, irradiated wasteland. Most living creatures mutated into ferocious monsters called Aberrants. The surviving humans were forced to take refuge in small settlements, struggling to endure the planet’s harsh and dangerous environment.
